COVID-19 Update

  • Everyone’s safety is a primary concern as the world continues to navigate the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The Snap House monitors and follows recommendations of the CDC to minimize the risk to exposure.  Our staff will wear a mask at all times while our guests are visiting and enjoying the photo experience.  We require our guests to wear masks when entering the studio and moving from room to room.  Masks may be removed once you move into each room or backdrop and begin taking photos.  Again, please remember to wear your mask as you move between rooms to help keep yourself and others safe.  Please respect each other’s space and maintain six feet distance as much as possible.  The potential for exposure still exists.

  • We have hand sanitizer available in the studio and two bathrooms if you wish to wash your hands with soap and water instead.  We recommend washing your hands frequently as the best defense.

  • Although we accommodate many more guests, as a safety precaution we have reduced the number of guests to a max of 12 ticket holders per session.

  • We respectfully ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session start.

  • We thank you for your support and understanding as we open safely to create a fun-filled experience for you.

Tickets must be purchased in advance online and are subject to availability.

All guest entering The Snap House are required to present a valid ticket at check-in.  If you bring a friend for support or a photographer for more “pro” shots, each are required to have a valid ticket for admission.  Remember, kids under 2 are free!

To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, walk-ins are not available at this time.

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of your session.  Your session is good for the 1 hour time period listed on your ticket only.  If you arrive late, your session will still end on time.

We are a cashless studio, however we accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, and PayPal.

Of course!  This is a safe, family-friendly environment for all ages to experience.

Yes, all guests are required to have a valid ticket to enter The Snap House.  Remember, kids under 2 are free!

For everyone’s safety, kids 15 and over can be in the studio unescorted.  Children under 15 must be escorted by an Adult with a valid ticket for the entire session.

No, your ticket is only valid for the day and time printed on the ticket, but we always encourage you to come back for another visit as we will continue to refresh and bring new contents to The Snap House!

We only allow food and beverages in The Snap House for private events.  We kindly ask that you finish all food and beverages prior to entering the studio.

All you need for the experience is a cell phone or camera to take some amazing photos.  For the safety of our guests, please secure any large items in your vehicle or at home as there is limited space to accommodate bulky items.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Yes, if you reserve 10 of our available 12 slots, we can honor a 10% discount.  Valid Monday through Thursday only.  Contact us at info@thesnaphouse.com for more information.

Absolutely and we highly encourage it!  However, we ask that you not bring tripods or lighting stands in efforts to help protect your equipment and ultimately to avoid creating any safety hazards for our other guests.

We offer pet days once per month and slots are extremely limited.  Keep your eye out for our Pet Days advertised on our website and socials.

Yes, we are conveniently located near the Palm Street Garage at 2010 N 13th Street.  Additionally, the 13th Street and 7th Avenue trolley stop is located steps away from our front door.  The Trolley runs between Sparkman Wharf | Water Street Tampa, The Florida Aquarium, and historic Ybor City — it is a great way to see some of Tampa’s most popular attractions.
